Get enough sleep each night 6-8 hours.  Sleep is crucial for strengthening memories.

Make sure you move every day – take a walk, stretch etc.  Have a regular balanced exercise programme – cardio, strength and core, and flexibility.

Take time to rest, relax or have some quiet time each day.  The benefits of meditation/prayer/thoughtfulness have been well researched.
