Here are somethings you can do to try to relieve your headaches and/or find the cause of them

  • Relax
  • Eat a healthy and balanced diet
  • Avoid or limit food/food additive trigger
  • Keep a headache diary
  • Keep hydrated
  • Take regular breaks from VDU/close work
  • Check your posture at computer/desk/driving
  • Check your sleeping posture
  • Get your eyes checked
  • See an osteopath/sports massage therapist
  • See your GP
