Before your first visit we aim to send you an email explaining what to expect and what you need to bring with you on the day. You will also be given a leaflet “What you need to know” when you arrive.
You are welcome to bring a friend or relation into the treatment room if you wish and anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a chaperone.
Our Clinic is on the first floor, so if you have a problem with stairs, please advise our receptionist when making an appointment.
We have both male and female practitioners, so if you would prefer to be treated by a therapist of the same gender as yourself, this isn’t a problem. Just tell our friendly receptionist when you book your appointment.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment time, as on arriving at the Clinic you will be asked to complete a form with your contact details and sign the bottom which authorises us to treat you. Depending on which treatment you are having, your appointment will be between 30-60 minutes long.
You will then be met by your practitioner and taken upstairs into the treatment room.
