In January I started to get excruciating pain in my right hip whereby I could not sleep, get in and out of the car etc. I booked an appointment with Daniel of Shefford Osteopathic Clinic at the beginning of March.
At the first appointment, Daniel went through his diagnosis so that I understood what treatment he was going to give. After the first treatment session, the pain was eased considerably. He also gave me some simple exercises to do at home. After just three sessions in total, the pain had gone!
