Your feedback is important to us and helps us to shape our service for patients. We would like to hear from you if you are particularly pleased with any aspect of your visit to the Clinic. If there are any improvements we could make then please let us know. We also need to know when things go wrong, so we can learn from our mistakes and make improvements.
Here is what some people are saying:
Dear Karen, I would like to thank you, and Dan in particular for the recent treatment I have received at your Clinic. I’m starting to feel a bit jinxed haven fallen into a man-hole some weeks ago and more recently down a flight of stairs. On each occasion I hurt my back but the prompt professional treatment Dan provided has resolved both incidents very quickly
As every new parent knows caring for your first born is one massive learning curve. Every cry, grimace and frown you’re racking your brain trying to work out what it can be. Nathan was a good baby in general but cried intensively after feeding, no amount of winding or comforting seemed to have any effect.
Following an operation for breast cancer 6 years ago, a tendon from my shoulder became caught in the scar tissue. Gradually my shoulder became more limited in range and very painful, so that every move became a wince! Eventually, despite taking pain killers, it became so bad that it was waking me at night
I have suffered from back trouble for around 10 years with varying degree of pain and discomfort. My wife and daughter said how good and effective Karen Robinson was at alleviating their back pain. As a man I doubted that an Osteopath could sort out my back as it was muscular and just old age.
In response to the MOT campaign Shefford Osteopathic Clinic ran in the summer of 2013, Jan said: The video made me think how we value the smooth running and reliability of our cars and yet we put our health problems to one side, hoping we’ll manage and limp along until we have a really bad episode.
